Our Full-Service Floral Planning brings your wedding vision to life with elegant, customized designs that reflect your unique style and color palette. From ceremony arches to aisle arrangements, urns, and striking centerpieces, we create beautiful, memorable florals that make an impact.
This service offers delivery, setup, repurposing, and post-event cleanup, with pricing based on the specific services selected. Please note: A minimum investment of $2,500 is required.
The Process
INQUIRE
Once we receive your inquiry and confirm your date is available, we will reach out to schedule a required consultation. These 20–40 minute sessions, offered by phone, FaceTime, or in person, allow us to review your vision, discuss details, and provide an accurate quote for your floral design.
CUSTOM PROPOSAL & ESTIMATE
Once we’ve gathered your initial details, we’ll craft a personalized proposal and estimate that captures your floral vision and style. It usually takes 5–10 days to receive your first proposal, depending on your design.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once you’ve reviewed your proposal, we’ll make any necessary refinements and send an updated version. When everything feels just right, we’ll make it official with a signed contract and deposit to secure your date.
FINAL DETAILS & PAYMENT
About 30 days before your wedding, we’ll reconnect to review any last-minute adjustments, confirm your order details, and finalize your remaining balance.
